I really appreciated them asking me because I did in fact want it personalized but they couldn’t see that on their end and wanted to make sure the gift was exactly what I was expecting and it exceeded my expectations. Knife came with scratches all over it ..sheath doesn't fit first time I put the knife in the sheath it split? I've spent a lot of money with you and happy up until now. Hopefully you will make it right. Kind regards Paul Royle
