I ordered 2 weeks ago, payed extra for express delivery, have tried to contact them now 4 times and still have had no response. The customer service is absolutely shocking and I am starting to think it is a scam. If I get a repose or it gets delivered I will delete this. DONT order of here

Shame really I like the knife, but they have really let them self down, I ordered the rams horn handle and they sent me the brown handle one, this is unacceptable really was going to order some more different ones, but not my confidence as gone in them, reel shame.
To say these people were amazing is a understatement! The knife they made was absolutely beautiful! I messed up my order and they fixed it for free and were so nice about it! I 100% recommend ordering for them it's absolutely worth it!!!
